Change isn’t easy. If it were, no one would get stuck in old, unhelpful patterns.
Change isn’t an “education” problem. You know what foods to eat rather than the bowl of processed mac-n-cheese you made because it was quick and easy. You know to take a bath, meditate, or journal to reduce stress. You know that daily exercise is beneficial, but that doesn’t mean you DO it.
Change starts with your thought process. In this video, I discuss (er, ramble on… sorry, bit of an unfocused day) how to change your thoughts in order to really change your behaviors.
