Let's say you chose to never throw out or donate clothes in your closet. You even have your black parachute pants in there from your 80's high school days. You also hang on to your “fat” pants, just in case.
How would you feel every time you walked in your closet? What would you do? Turn around and leave? Try to ignore it? Where would you put your new clothes, that actually fit and make you feel confident and successful?
Most of us choose to get rid of the old clothes to make way for the new. So why is it then, that we don't apply this to our mind, body, and soul?
