EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) or Tapping is my go-to tool for moving past mindset blocks, emotional issues, and physical body blocks. It is so versatile that I recommend it to every one of my clients, regardless of their primary soul level energy (and I can’t say that about every self-help tool out there).
EFT has it’s roots in Chinese medicine and works with the same philosophy as acupuncture, sans the needles. Eastern cultures have been using it for tens of thousands of years, and it is finally gaining popularity in Western cultures. As a matter of fact, if you watch closely at televised sporting events, you will often see athletes tapping on themselves to calm their body and get in the mindset needed to do their thing.
What I love most about this tool is that is accounts for your “whole” being. Mindset is just a piece of the puzzle. Plus, the physical body plays such a huge role in self-sabotage, that if you don’t address this FIRST, you don’t have a shot in hell in even getting to the beliefs and emotions behind it all.
